I’m Stephanie Alexandra, founder of Novandra Yoga. After more than 15 years of practicing yoga — and experiencing its power to relieve stress, heal my body, and transform my life — I became a certified Hatha and Vinyasa teacher to help others begin and deepen their own yoga journeys.
