You've got questions. I've got answers.

Do I need any prior yoga experience?

Not at all! All programs are beginner-friendly. The course "The First Breath - Your Beginner's Journey into Yoga" is specifically designed for beginners. So, even if you’ve never stepped on a mat before, you’ll be guided step-by-step with attention to alignment, breath, and understanding your body.

Can I go at my own pace?

Yes! All courses are designed for flexibility. You can repeat lessons, pause, and return whenever you need. And you have lifetime access, so you can come back to it whenever you want to.

Do I need any special equipment?

All you need is a yoga or fitness mat, or even a comfortable blanket can work. Optional props like a block, strap, or cushion can enhance your practice but are not required.

Can I do the classes if I have physical limitations or back pain?

Yes! Yoga is highly adaptable. I include modifications and guidance to support your body safely, especially for beginners or anyone with back concerns.

Are these classes suitable for all ages?

Yes. These courses are designed to be gentle, safe, and accessible for a wide range of ages.

Will this program help with stress, back pain, or flexibility?

While each health situation is highly individual, Yoga can be beneficial in many ways. Many students notice improvements in posture, flexibility, stress relief, and overall energy. If you are concerned about any health issues please consult with your doctor.

How long until I notice changes in my body and mind?

Transformation is personal and depends on your practice and consistency. Some students feel small changes after the first week - more ease in their body, calmer mind, and better focus - while some take a little bit longer. The deeper changes come over time as you continue your practice.

How do I access the course?

Once you enroll, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the purchase details and a link to access the course. You will have access to your student dashboard, where all the videos and resources are ready for you.

Can I watch the videos on my phone or tablet?

Yes! Podia is mobile-friendly, so you can practice anywhere — living room, office, or even outdoors.

Can I download the videos?

Videos are streamed online through Podia. Downloading is not available, but you can access them anytime from your account.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by card via Stripe.
