The Moving Body: From first Breath to Flow

The Moving Body is a structured, 4-week guided yoga program for women who want more than poses and who are ready to use movement, breath, and body awareness to find their way back to themselves. Week by week, layer by layer, at your own pace.

Not sixty minutes five times a week; just a consistent, intentional practice that meets you where you are and stays with you when you leave the mat.

Is this you?

You have probably thought about yoga before. Maybe you have tried it and maybe you even liked it.

But somewhere along the way you got the idea that a real practice means showing up on the mat five times a week for sixty minutes. And with everything else you are carrying, that is just not realistic.

So, you stopped altogether. Or you never really started.

What nobody told you is that yoga is not just movement. It is a way of coming back to yourself. Of learning to feel your body again after years of overriding it. Of recognizing what you actually need instead of what everyone else needs from you.

The asanas – the poses – are just the door. What's behind it is something most women in your position are quietly desperate for:

A way back to yourself, to your feelings, to your own body and to the quiet knowing of what is actually true for you.

You don't need 5 sixty-minute classes a week to get there. You need something you can come back to consistently, a practice that meets you where you are and stays with you when you leave the mat.

That's what The Moving Body is.

This is not about getting better at yoga.

Here is what I know from working with women who are exactly where you are: you don't need more discipline or the 100th app to make you more efficient. And you definitely don't need another sixty-minute class that leaves you feeling like you didn't do enough.

What you need is a practice that teaches you to listen again.

To your body and what it is telling you. To the difference between pushing through and actually feeling. Most of us have been overriding those signals for so long that we have stopped hearing them entirely.

Yoga – real yoga, not the performance version – is one of the most honest tools I know for rebuilding that connection. Through movement, breath, and intentional awareness, you slowly start to feel again and recognize what you need. And you learn to trust yourself again in small ways that eventually become bigger.

The Moving Body is structured to do exactly that. Four weeks, one theme at a time, building on itself so that by the end you don't just have a practice. You have a different relationship with yourself.

Introducing: The Moving Body

What you will discover inside this course:

  • Why yoga is not about the poses and what happens when you finally understand what it's actually for

  • Guidance that invites awareness instead of perfection

  • How to feel your body again after years of overriding it and why that changes everything off the mat too

  • The difference between moving through a practice and actually being present in it and how to get there

  • How breathwork and meditation deepen your connection to yourself in ways movement alone never can

  • What a sustainable practice actually looks like in a real life and how to build one that stays with you

How it works

The course has a simple structure you can follow in your own pace, so it integrates into your busy life:

  • Weekly themed structure that gently builds confidence and trust:

    • Every week includes:

      • An introduction and integration video so you know what to expect from each week

      • A 30-minute yoga flow designed around the weekly theme (Strength, Center, Balance and Relaxation)

      • Pose breakdown videos so you understand what you're doing and why, with modifications for every body

      • An integration practice journaling, breathwork, or meditation that deepens the theme beyond the mat

      • A weekly live Q&A call every Wednesday at 12pm EST / 6pm CET, 30 minutes. Bring your questions, your struggles, your wins. I will be there.

  • You will follow a clear weekly rhythm, but you can take all the time you need in each individual session

  • The program remains accessible so you can revisit anytime

What you walk away with:

A body you have started to trust again because you have learned to listen to it instead of override it

A practice that fits into real life and not an idealized version of it

The ability to notice what you are feeling in your body and beyond the mat

Breathwork and meditation practices you can return to when life gets loud

A nervous system that has learned that it is safe to soften and let go

The quiet confidence of having shown up for yourself consistently, for four whole weeks and beyond

I am Stephanie Alexandra, your dedicated yoga guide.

And I know what it feels like to function well on the outside and still feel disconnected on the inside.

Busy days, constant responsibility and a mind that rarely fully switches off. Even with years of practicing and teaching yoga, I have experienced what it’s like when the body is technically moving but not truly settling.

And I see it in my classes every week. Women who are capable, strong, and deeply committed to everyone around them. Yet when it’s time to lie down and rest, they fidget because their nervous system doesn’t quite trust stillness.

The Moving Body is not another challenge to complete, and it is not a collection of random yoga videos. It is a structured, intentional journey designed to rebuild YOU. And reconnecting with yourself, your feelings, your needs, your own quiet knowing, that's exactly what this program is built to help you do.

When you learn to listen instead of override, something shifts. Your practice becomes supportive instead of demanding and your body becomes a place you can return to, not something you have to manage.

If you’re ready for yoga that meets you where you are and gently guides you back to steadiness, this is your next step.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need yoga experience?

The Moving Body is a beginner-friendly course. Each pose included in the flows has a pose tutorial video that you can watch before you practice the flows. The pose tutorials break down each pose and give you modification options so you can find the right access point for your body. And remember, this is not performance Yoga, it is intentional Yoga.

I have tried to build a practice before and it never stuck. Will this be different?

That is exactly why this program is structured the way it is. Most attempts fail because there is no progression, just random videos with no continuity. The Moving Body builds week on week so your body and mind actually have something to come back to.

I can't always make the live call. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Every call is recorded and available afterwards. The live element is there for you if you want it. It is not a requirement.

How much time do I need per week?

The yoga flows are 30 minutes. The integration practices – journaling, breathwork, meditation – are shorter. You don't have to do everything in one week and you can take as much time as you need on each week's content. Once the four weeks are over you have unlimited access to everything – so you decide what works for you, when it works for you. This was designed for real life, not an idealized version of it.

When does each week unlock?

One week at a time – so you are never overwhelmed with too much at once.

What if I need more time in a week?

Take it. There's no deadline within the program. Move at your own pace.

WHY NOW?

Because next week looks exactly like this week. And the week after that.

The structure you have been waiting for is here. The live calls run on a schedule which means there is a real rhythm to come back to, not just a course sitting in your inbox.

Start this week and soon you will have something you never had before: a practice that actually built on itself.
